Practice Meditation
Enjoy group meditation. Being and meditating together
reinforces your practice and commitment. Before you know it, your
daily activity becomes saturated with the effects of regular
meditation.
Ken LaDeroute facilitates a meditation class every Thursday
night at 7:30 p.m. at the YWCA at 185 South French Broad Avenue, Asheville,
NC. Meditation techniques are taught and practiced. Come to
the Gathering Room and Ken can provide a free pass
for those that are not members of the YWCA.
